At Back to Roots, we aim to provide you with high-quality, naturally grown products directly sourced from trusted farmers. Since most of our products are perishable or made-to-order, we follow a transparent and limited return policy as outlined below:
🚫 1. No Returns on Food Items | ఆహార పదార్థాలకు రిటర్న్‌లు లేవు
Due to the perishable nature of our products (like rice, powders, sweets, and batters), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, unless it is damaged or the wrong item was sent.
తెలుగు: మా ఉత్పత్తులలో చాలావరకు నాశనీయమైన ఆహార పదార్థాలు కావడంతో, వాటిని రిటర్న్ చేసుకోవడం సాధ్యపడదు. తప్పుల డెలివరీ లేదా నష్టపోయిన ప్యాకేజీకి మినహాయింపు ఉంటుంది.
📦 2. Damaged or Wrong Product | ప్యాక్ దెబ్బతిన్నా లేదా తప్పుగా వచ్చినా
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Expired
- Or you receive the wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product & packaging

తెలుగు: వస్తువు డ్యామేజ్ అయినా, తప్పుగా వచ్చినా, దయచేసి డెలివరీ అయిన 24 గంటల్లో మా వెంట పడండి. మీ ఆర్డర్ ID మరియు ఫొటోలు పంపాలి.
💸 3. Refund Process | రీఫండ్ విధానం
- If eligible, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- If it was a Cash on Delivery order, we will request your UPI or bank details.
తెలుగు: మీ డబ్బు తిరిగి పంపించడానికి 5–7 పని దినాలు పట్టవచ్చు. COD అయితే, మీరు మీ బ్యాంక్ లేదా UPI వివరాలు ఇవ్వాలి.
🧁 4. Made-to-Order Items | ఆర్డర్ ఆధారంగా తయారయ్యే వస్తువులు
Items like Sajja Boorelu or other fresh-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless damaged during transit.
తెలుగు: సజ్జ బూరెలు వంటి ఆర్డర్‌కి తయారయ్యే వస్తువులు రీఫండ్/రిటర్న్‌కు అర్హత ఉండవు. ఒకవేళ ట్రాన్సిట్‌లో డ్యామేజ్ అయితే తప్ప.
